How to work out when you hate exercising

Not everyone enjoys going to the gym to lift weights or run on a treadmill. So is it even possible to be fit and hate working out? Of course it is! It just involves creativity and being open to trying new activities like the ones I share below: 1. Activities at the gym's recreation facility. E.g. Swimming, basketball, group fitness classes like zumba, pilates, yoga, kick boxing and many others. 2. Get outside! Go hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, learn to ski or snowboard! 3. Make it a social activity. How To Wake Up Motivated, Healthy, and Productive Every Morning

How did you feel when you woke up this morning? Rushed? Stressed out? Unmotivated to get out of bed?  If that's the case, no judgement here! A lot of people feel that way - in fact, I used to feel that way every morning too! But now I've been able to feel that way less, and less! I am working towards to starting every morning with excitement, passion and energy for the day that's ahead and I am doing that by creating a morning ritual.  My 2018 goal is nail down my morning ritual. Am I Still Designing? | Life of a UX Researcher

This is a question that I hear regularly both online and offline: "Kristen, do you miss doing design work now that you accepted a job as a UX Researcher?" My answer to this is easy and quick - No.  I don't miss design at all because I'm still doing it! Just because your job title is X, doesn't mean you can't also do XYZ. My 2018 Goals & Resolutions

This year is going to be incredible. I know this because for the first time, I have legit plan thanks to my mentors Tony Robbins and Stefan Pylarinos. Not only do I have goals but I've written down what I need to do to tack action and accomplish my goals. Some key pointers I've learned so far about setting and reaching goals: Look at your goal daily! Ideally, When you wake up and go to bed.  Include your WHY to create emotion and the urgency.
