How to work out when you hate exercising

Not everyone enjoys going to the gym to lift weights or run on a treadmill. So is it even possible to be fit and hate working out? Of course it is! It just involves creativity and being open to trying new activities like the ones I share below:

1. Activities at the gym's recreation facility. E.g. Swimming, basketball, group fitness classes like zumba, pilates, yoga, kick boxing and many others.

2. Get outside! Go hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, learn to ski or snowboard!

3. Make it a social activity. Go for a walk with a friend to chit chat instead of getting drinks, or eating out. Better yet... Invite friends to take a cross fit or yoga class with you.. Something new that you can try together. There are even pole fitness classes if you want to be adventurous like that! Another friendly idea is to sign up for a co-end league like softball, soccer or sand volleyball. It’s a great way to make new friends or meet someone special… if you’re single and ready to mingle!
