How to work out when you hate exercising

Not everyone enjoys going to the gym to lift weights or run on a treadmill. So is it even possible to be fit and hate working out? Of course it is! It just involves creativity and being open to trying new activities like the ones I share below: 1. Activities at the gym's recreation facility. E.g. Swimming, basketball, group fitness classes like zumba, pilates, yoga, kick boxing and many others. 2. Get outside! Go hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, learn to ski or snowboard! 3. Make it a social activity. Go for a walk with a friend to chit chat instead of getting drinks, or eating out. Better yet... Invite friends to take a cross fit or...
